It is an honor for me to be the person responsible for capturing the emotions and the overflow of love that fills your wedding day. This plan includes all the essential services needed to fully cover your celebration.

Payment terms: 30% upon booking (non-refundable) and 70% two days prior to the event.

  • Locations requiring permits must be arranged by the client.
  • Accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the client when necessary.
  • Transportation costs are calculated based on the destination.
  • Engagement sessions are held on weekdays or Sundays, depending on availability.
  • Participants are not allowed to enjoy the party.
  • Both the photographer and the team must have a designated space and time for lunch at the scheduled time.
  • Photos and video will be delivered within a maximum of 90 days.
  • The photographer has the right to use the photo and/or video material for publication on their online platforms. In case of cancellation, the amount paid is non-refundable.
  • If the photographer cannot attend the event in person due to unforeseen circumstances, they will be responsible for sending one or two professional photographers to cover the event, maintaining the same work style and approach.
  • Each additional hour beyond the agreed-upon time incurs an extra charge of $250 USD for photos and $250 USD for video. Failure to make this payment will result in the client not receiving any completed materials, whether photos or videos.
